I have these white pimples on my tongue. How do i get rid of them? Yesterday i had swollen limph nodes and was getting a sore throat and headache and really tired. This morning I got white pimples on the side of my tongue and tip. What do they mean and how do I get rid of them?

Has anyone ever had (what feels like) pimples on the tongue? I get them every so often, usually on the tip of my tongue. They are small and white, almost like a pimple. When you apply pressure to them, it hurts. After doing some research, I'm all the more confused. Are they ulcers, or pimples, or something else... I don't know. It's looks like a taste bud that's bursted... except that I didn't drink anything hot to make it that way. Thus.. the asking of WHY? No rude comments please!

Pimples on the tongue? It doesn't hurt or anything while you eat. It has lasted for about 3-4 weeks now. It's probably an allergy problem... does coughing have anything to do with it? [that has also last for 3-4 weeks now]... we did go to the doctor, but he said it was bronchitis... gave medicine and anti-biotic.. but the cough and the pimples still won't go away... what could be the problem? why do I get these little small pimples on my tongue? I just recently bought a bag of mixed nuts. Noticed small white dots/pimples & bump under my tongue on one side? I just happened to be looking at my mouth and noticed that I have sometihng under on one side. One part looks like a small (flesh colored) area with 3 or 4 little whiteheads together (under the left back side of my tongue) & I also noticed a flesh colored bump/flap next to the frenelum (spelling?) aka center divider under your tongue. The white spots/white heads cluster makes me nervous Im not sure what it could be. Cankersore? Some kind of infection? My mouth is clean I was at the dentist january-had my cleaning recently. Does anyone know what this is? & Part 2- I'm not sure if Ive always had that bump/ flap of skin under my tongue should I get a check up to make sure its not cancerous? what is the pimple on the end of my tongue? For the past few days, I have a small, very sore pimple like thing right on the end of my tongue. White furry tongue with pimples.? I have developed a white tongue 2 months back. That was the same time when had an unsafe sex and during the same period I had rum and coke almost every day and over-used my mouth wash (Equate Tartar protection). In a week I developed a white furry tongue, which I don’t know is because of sex or the over use of the alcohol, but for the last 1 month I have developed small pimples with inflamed taste buds. Sore throat on right side... right ear hurts... wierd red pimple things on the back of my tongue-- What is it? The little red bumps on my tongue almost look like giant red taste buds... Tongue covered in white 'lie' bumps? My husband's tongue is completely covered in the little white 'lie' bumps, swollen taste buds, tongue pimples, or whatever you want to call them. Most of the bumps are clear in color, or the same color as his tongue but the ones closer to the edges of his tongue are more of a white color, almost like they may have pus in them. I know usually you get one, maybe two 'lie bumps' at a time but the top of his tongue is randomly covered in them, in an amount that is not countable, there is no certain spot they are just everywhere. He has extremely good dental hygiene, including flossing and no smoking. He takes medication for the nerve pain of fibromyalgia and was wondering if it is possibly from that or other pain meds even though it isn't listed in side effects? Anyway, the bumps are uncomfortable and painful for him to talk and he can barely eat solid food because of the pain. It doesn't look like oral thrush, so I am wondering what this is, what causes it, and if there is a remedy or if he has to wait it out? Serious answers only please!
