how can i get rid of small white bumps on my tongue that were caused from eating to many sunflower seeds? i think my taste buds are inflamed because i ate tons of sunflower seeds last weekend and my tongue still hurts the bumps are getting worse.

Possible explanation for white on tongue as well as red bumps? About a week ago I noticed that my tongue was quite white. It would not come off, nor did it hurt. I must admit that when it comes to dental hygiene, I mainly just brush. But after I noticed the white stuff, I started to floss and use mouth rinse. A lot of it's gone, but now there are little red bumps way up towards the base of my tongue. What are the possible explanations for this? So i decided to look at my mouth in the mirror and noticed tiny tiny little grainy like bumps under my tongue. and under my tongue i mean beneath my tongue like where the stringy thing attaches to the tongue, the part where its really wet. haha....anyway. these bumps arent painful in anyway, they just feel weird against my tongue. They are flesh/colored and white and look like little grains...I scratched some of them off, and they ddint bleed or hurt or anything. White bump under tongue surronding piercing? Normal or No? I got my tongue pierced in April. It took about 2 weeks to feel 100% again and I changed the bar. However a white bump surrounding the bar formed on the bottom of my tongue. I kept my tongue ring in for awhile(month?) ...no change. However it didnt hurt at all. Are the tiny white bumps on the tip of my tongue the symptom of an STI? Yesterday, while I was at a party I felt a small pain from the sides of my tongue whenever I touched it with my teeth. I simply ignored it, but today I still felt it and then checked it in the mirror. Red bump on the side and under tongue. White things inside it? A few days ago I noticed I woke up with a small red bump with that seemed clear in the middle (Bump was as big as this O). It got bigger that day (probablly from poking it a lot) and when I got home I rinsed my mouth with Hydrogen Peroxide. I didn't feel any burning but it seemed to shrink down to it's original size. The bump isn't painful now (Although it was the first day or two). But now instead of being clear it seems like it's a red bump with a white thing inside it. The white thing is small but not a shape I can describe. On top of that, there is a white thing poking out of it slightly, like a small while pimple. And another small white bump on the opposite side. What do you think this is? Is it serious? Thanks for the reassurance. I'm open to more opinions if anyone has any :)
