Why do we get spots/pimples on our tongues?
and how can i get rid of them quickly? =]

- sounds like these may be ulcers... they're just tiny sores from wear and tear in your mouth and they should clear up soon... but if they don't and they're painful u may want to talk to your dentist or doctor ... they could be coldsores (oral herpes... not as scary as it sounds... its REALLY common).. theres no cure for those but products like abreva may help. Also some bumps towards the back of your tongue are normal... they're supposed to be there and won't go away. If your tongue is white and you have little white spots, try just brushing it... it may be bacteria, if they don't go away, talk to your dentist or doctor... they'll know whats going on hope that helps!
