Y DO I HAVE A FRIGGIN PIMPLE ON MY TONGUE or it looks like one.?

I never kissed a girl b4, it hurts like hell, and i wanna get rid of it right away =(

1. it isn't a pimple just a swollen node =it will go away
2. maybe you have oral herpes
3. It's a chancre (cold sore).
4. It's an inflamed taste bud. It will clear up in about 4 days.
5. More than likely it is a canker sore. They hurt and can looks like a pimple.
6. It could be a canker sore and it will go away with time. And yes, they do hurt.
7. I'm not sure if I have the right answer for you or not. I once had what was basically an enlarged tastebud. It was really painful. It was also sort of discolored. In the end I ended up just kind of nipping it between my fingernails, and it pulled right off (I know, gross). It bled one drop, and then it instantly felt better. My bump was large compared to taste buds, but was not huge. If yours is really large, pus-filled or infected, or anything really strange, I would not recommend trying what I did. You might need to see a doctor or dentist.
8. caffsans got to it. It sounds like a simple inflamed bud. I get them every now and then. It will go away after a week or two, but they ARE really annoying. There's no easy way to get rid of it. I used to try and use a pair of tweasers and yank it out... it works... but it hurts REALLY bad and then stays sore for a few days still.
9. you dont have a pimple on your tongue and there really isnt anything that you can do. if you eat a lot of citric things try reducing or anything with a lot of acid in it because it can cause cankor (sp) sores to appear and they hurt really bad. good luck :]
