how do u get rid of a sugar pimple on your tongue?

2. I get those stupid things all the time. I buy canker sore medication or something along that line. It will numb it but it just have to go away on its own. I did something really stupid one time years ago......I clipped it off with nail clippers, talk about pain. Then it got kind of infected and I had to explain to the dr.....how emberressing!
