Tongue Pimples
Little white spots on tongue?
My tongue has swollen up a little bit and is very red and sore. It also has little white pimples that is making it very hard to swallow and eat. I don't think it is oral thrush because it doesn't look like any pictures of it - anyone have any idea what it might be?

- sounds like oral thrush, a trip to the chemist should sort it but dont sit around thinking about it as it spreads like wildfire.
- Hiya sorry but it really DOES sound like Thrush...why not take a trip to boots for some over the counter treatment, they can also confirm diagnosis.
- Depends what you've had in your mouth...
- im a BDS , u got to see a dentist or a specialist ... asap
