Tongue Pimples
Bumps all the way in the back on my tongue?
i was spitting water out from my mouth and i looked in the mirror and all the way at the end of my togune by my throat there is bumps on my tongue?

- they could be taste buds, but if they are rather large then I would ask a doc
- UH idont no oh wait there is a such a thing called TASTEBUDS everybody has um dude
- Normal... if you had to find them by looking at them instead of feeling some kind of pain or a different feeling, then its completely normal.
- If Im understanding your Q right, the bumps your describing are your taste buds and it's supose to be there.
- The bumps are called circumvallate papillae, and are normal.
