I have some raised red bumps on the back of my tongue?

What are these red bumps on my tongue and if there is a problem with them what medicine can i take for it? Thanks.

if the bumps occur after you eat a meal it could be a reaction to that type of food...try benedryl..if your sexually active orally, you should approach your doctor to have a look
