Tongue Pimples

My daughter has white bumps inside her mouth and on tongue, her tongue looks raw on top. Hand foot mouth dis?

Her tongue looks very bad, could thrush do that or is it hand foot mouth disease??

1. my daughter had a very white mouth once and I thought it was thrush at first but the doctor told me that it wasn't. it could have been anything that she just popped in her mouth. i would go check it out ASAP but I doubt that it is anything serious.
2. if she is on formula and under 12 months, then it is thrush. just ahve her drink 4 oz of water once a week and it will stay away. The bacteria just gets built up with all the milk. within a couple of days, it will disappear.
3. She sounds like she has strep throat keep tabs on her temperature especially if she is a small child,because their temperature changes very rapidly.She'll probably need to see the Doc for antibiotics.
4. Hand foot mouth disease causes red bumps, not white ones. Thrush is a fungal problem that causes white bumps, often resembling cottage cheese.
