Tongue Pimples

Whats this pimple on my tongue?

I keep getting these pimples on my tongue, it doesnt hurt but its just aggravating, can someone please help?

1. are you sure there pimples? they could be just bumps from eating to much acid.
2. It's probably just a sore from acid coming back up or stress. Sometimes stress will bring them on with me. They go away on there own.
3. Whell,have you been biteing your tongue???If so than that`s probably why.If not,ask your docter for help.
4. They are kind of likefind in yo cold sores, except they are on your tongue( i get these all the time!). To get the sore to go away, take alum (a spice you would find in your kitchen cupboard) and sprinkle it on the spot. do not close your today and donone befort get the spot wet for about 1 minute. do this about 5 times today and it will be gone before you know it! The alum will taste a little gross, but just try not to taste it!!
