question about a single little white bump on my tongue?

i developed a little white bump on the tip of my tongue, it is a sore bump, what is that bump?

1. It means you have been lying. Lol well thats what they say when your a kid. I do not know what it is but if you are talking about what i think your talking about then its harmless and normal.
2. It means you've been telling lies! No seriously, just dab on some TCP every hour or so for a couple of days and it will clear up.
