  1. if you ate a lot of something with a lot of salt that will cause those bumps inside your mouth. if that's the case it will go away in a couple of days.
  2. See a doc, could be a bacterial infection
  3. Oh.....I get those sometimes You get those if you eat food that is sour or has salt. Don't worry about it, it will go away the next day
  4. You cannot get pimples on your tongue because pimples can only form through hair follicles. There are no hair follicles on our tongue, palms or soles of the feet. It sounds like herpes simplex. A fancy name for cold sores of the mouth. You can't really be sure until you see a doctor. A good topical at home treatment would be campho Phenique or, Herpicin this helps it dry out, Ambesol for your tongue, this numbs the area in your mouth to relieve any discomfort.(you may have to use it frequently though) and Lysine works the best. You can purchase lysine at any health food store like GNC. It comes in a little tube and it's in a creamy gel form. This is the only thing even close to a cure, since there is no cure, you have to wait until it clears up.
