Tongue Pimples

How do ppl get "Lie Bumps" On there tongues ? They are really annoying, and painful...?

1. it's an infected taste bud. kinda like a zit for the tongue. i was told to put some salt on it. it'll help get rid of it.
2. Often they come from too much sugar.
3. stay off the mic. lol
4. Get some apple cider vinegar, put 2 tablespoons in with 2 tablespoons water and swish in your mouth for about a minute two times a day {everyday or everyday other day}. It doesn't taste so good but it will work.
