Tongue Pimples

I have something on my tongue that hurts very bad!!! I think its a lie bump!! Someone help me?

It hurts so bad i been thinking about cutting it off!!!! Do you think it'll feel better? Ha i'm from the south... Thats just what people call them

1. LOL! By "lie bump" do you mean a bump you got because you told a lie? That's too hilarious! Although, it would be quite useful.
2. It's probably just a canker sore. Leave it alone and it'll probably be gone in a couple of days. If it's not, or if you get them often, see your doctor.
