Tongue Pimples

why do I get these little small pimples on my tongue?

I just recently bought a bag of mixed nuts. I remember for years now that nuts usually make my mouth itch and my lips feel kinda funny, but never thought that i was allergic or sensitive to them. i cant figure out which nut makes me feel liek this.. i think its walnuts though! i got a small area on my tongue that is like little clear bumps they dont hurt but are kinda uncomfprtable. they were here for a few days but started going away,, then this morning i noticed them coming back,, and last night i ate like half the bag of nuts.. is it from the nuts? im guessing it is! can anyone tell me? i get like this when i eat avocados also. i can only eat a little before i get a itchy tongue and lips.

  1. Stay away from nuts and avocados.
  2. It might be a food allergy. If it gets too bad, stay away from them.
  3. Tell your doctor they have allergy tests they can narrow it down to what it really is but until then stay away from nuts and avocados
  4. Stay away from all kinds of nuts. Allergic reactions are unpredictable. However, if you really like them, you can try them one kind at a time and figure out which kind you're allergic to. Oh, and for the little pimples? Try mouthwash for 30 seconds. Morning and night. Peace X]
  5. You should see an allergist, here is why. If the reaction you are having is truly an allergic reaction, as it seems that it is, you should avoid these foods until you can get a consultation and some testing. Here is why: you may be sensitizing your system to the allergen, the food you are eating, and the body will produce antibodies to that allergen or antigen.. This can in extreme cases lead to anaphylactic shock, even death. There are many examples of people dieing from allergic reactions to food. Don't let that happen to you, get help first, and don't put it off. Remember, allergic reactions are not dose specific, a little will kill you the same as a lot.
