Tongue Pimples

I have brown spots on the tip of my tongue?

I also have a white pimple looking thing on my top gum? Any idea what it could be?

5. I had the same thing in 5th grade. I went to the doctor and they said I had Hand, Foot, and Mouth disease. It went away in a few days, but I would go to a doctor and see what he/she says, and get more information. It is possible that you have something else. Hope you get well soon!
6. That will certainly give you bad breath. No one will tell you in the face out of politeness but I am telling you. The best solution for this is to see a doctor. Believe me there is no fancy solution at the pharmacy. Just see a doctor.
7. It could be a number of things. First do you smoke? I would go see your family dentist and have a new technique called a brush biopsy done. It is a totally non invasive procedure and you can be reassured that it is not cancer cells. Or it could be simply a pigment in your tongue. The pimple on your gum could be another issue all together- possible infection of a tooth, or it could be a sore from an acidic mouth from tomatoes, ketcup etc... Either way its a good rule of thumb to have it checked.
