Tongue Pimples - I have brown spots on tip of my tongue?

I have brown spots on tip of my tongue?

I also have a white pimple looking thing growing on my top gum? Any idea what it could be?

Sounds like you had your tongue somewhere you should not have had it. I'd be more specific but Yahoo won't allow that.
the pimple thing could be a canker sore, or an abcess, or it could be cancer...as for the brown spot on your tongue...That I don't know...maybe you bit it or something...I would definatly get it checked out.
