3. Have you been telling porkies....when I was little if you had spots on your tongue everyone would say you'd been lying. When in truth it was too mcuh lemonade powder. However, in your case if the spots look fierce or puckered go and see your doctor to put your mind as rest. It could be that you are lacking in vitamin C.
4. sounds like you are not eating properly , maybe too much junk food, lack of a good diet, you will need to get some juice and vegs in to yourself and fruit
5. The face and upper neck are the most commonly affected by pimples (Acne vulgaris), but the chest, back, and shoulders may have acne as well. Pimples do not affect the tongue. Wart on the tongue (HPV) is suspected. Consult a dentist.
