Tongue Pimples

Every once in a while I get a sore on the tip of my tongue, similar to a pimple; a small white lump. It hurts.

Mum always says it's because I'm lacking water in my body and to drink more of it.

2. I think I'd be asking a dentist about that one. Could be something you really do not want there
3. Rinse with salt water twice a day it will make it feel better
4. I agree with you mum I get that but my Parents used to say You only get it if you lie!! lol Anyway use salt water to rince your mouth out also try Mouthwash once you have cleaned your teeth! It does work!
5. Eat yogurt. I don't know why it helps get rid of those bumps, but it does. Drinking more water couldn't hurt, either.
6. try rinsing your mouth out with salt water..this helps with cold sores and such so it would probably make it better.
