- im going to have to say tastebuds. either that or if you ate something really spicy, hot or sour it could just be an irritation but if your talkin about the ones in the way back of your tongue than they are most likely taste buds.
- they are called your taste buds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if dey r big and near the back every as them if dey are small and all over your tounge dey are really your taste buds!!!! if dey are anythind else... maybe you burnt your tounge!!
- Sometimes for various reasons your taste buds just swell up. You are more than likely 100% fine. iT should go down by the morning time. Something just didnt interact well with your taste buds.. : )
- you probably had too many acidic things to eat or drink stop it for today!
- I'd say taste buds. If you have a sore throat and possibly a fever, make sure it isn't streppe throat.

- I think you have oral warts and herpes. I would go to the doctor before you turn into the mushroom queen and marry the toad prince and then you guys can have all the little green deformed babies running around saying "Mom why did you have to lick that?"
- a coated tongue with red spots toward the back is a sign of oral thrush, something you could get if you dont eat yogurt or take acidophillis after taking an antibiotic...its like a yeast infection. Treatments are taking the above mentioned, and or rinsing with baking soda
- Eeeeeew Gross
