What does it mean if you have large bumps on the back of your tongue?

I have multiple, rather large, redish, bumps on the back on my tongue and a little bit of my throat. They appeared about 3 days ago and haven't gone away. Does anyone know what these could be?

1. You might want to ask your parents or probably a doctor. They could be caused from alergies. Look around your house for something different. Are there any plants nearby flowering?
2. It could be strep throat. You might want to get yourself checked, especially if it hurts
3. It could be many things here are a couple I thought of. Taste buds present on the back of your tongue can become inflamed and painful, you could also have warts. Do you have a fever or swollen lymph nodes?...if so it would indicate an infectious process such as tonsillitis, mono, or even strep throat. If it doesn't clear up or you should start feeling unwell I suggest you go see the doc.
4. if its ON your tongue, its normal... are u sure they appeared there only 3 days ago? if ur talking about the ones super far back on ur tongue, those have always been there and they're normal.
