Those bumps on the back of the tongue?

I've always had those larger bumps on the back of the tongue that everyone has, but now I have more coming toward the middle of my tongue, just not as much as the back. Do you think this could have to do with a change of eating pattern?

4. Yep, I think that you could have an allergic reaction to a food that you are eating. It think you should go to the doctor to get a diagnosis. My little sister has a problem with her tongue. If she eats something spicy or drinks something like Listerine, it makes her tongue white and she get's bumps on her tongue to. Try to avoid some foods that could cause a reaction to your tongue.
