Tongue Pimples

I have little white and red bumps on the the tip of my tongue?

I little tiny red and white bumps on the edge of my tongue and everytime I touch them with my teeth, I get this slight sharp pain. what is this and how do I get rid of it?

3. This happened to me before.. it usually happens when I'm tired, or I haven't slept well.. soon it will go away.. it's nothing serious, but make sure you get enough sleep and rest~
