Tongue Pimples

I discovered a little white bump on the inside of my lip and then 2 others on the inside of my lips corner..?

i was diagnosed with herpes type 1 in my genital area a couple months ago. could this in any means be herpes again? i also have some soreness on the bottom of my tongue near the back of my mouth but i can't really see anything, just looks slightly red. the bumps on the inside of my lips are real tiny, but raised. they kind of look like little ulcers or something, possibly caused by something i ate? i haven't had an outbreak in my genitals since january and haven't had intorcourse either. the whole thought of having herpes still shocks me. so i know that if i would've had an outbreak and had touched it and then touched my mouth i could've spread it to my mouth, i think that's what can happen, but i haven't had an outbreak.. hopefully someone can help me out.

  1. Since you have the herpes virus in your system the bumps can show up anywhere. Genitals, mouth, anus etc... Be careful not to kiss anyone or share drinks etc...
  2. This is what I have learned. If you have genital herpes, Type 1 or 2 it doesnt matter, you can not spread the same virus to your mouth, you can only get the same virus in one place, you can still get type 2 in your mouth though. I have HSV1 on my genitals too, and I wanted to know if my partner who gave it to me,could get it on his mouth if he gives me oral, and vise versa, everything I learned said no, since we already have the virus we cant get it again. Some cancor sores in the mouth are caused by a lack of vitamins and minerals in your diet. If I am wrong about what I have been told please someone tell me! Good luck,
  3. It's probably the herpes flaring up in your mouth and throat. Gosh, is having sexual flings worth it? So many people are infected with genital diseases for a lifetime. I'm sorry for you.
