Tongue Pimples
Bump on my tongue. What is it?
I have a small white bump on the side of my tongue and it was never there before I went to bed then woke up and had it. It was kinda painful but stopped hurting a few hours afterward. What is it?

- It is the first sign of syphilis. See a doctor immediately!!
- Sounds like a canker sore, which is not an STD or contagious. Don't worry, it's not herpes. Canker sores heal themselves, so you don't need meds, but I know they do hurt, I get them sometimes. It is not known exactly what causes them, but girls are more likely to get them on/near their periods. Nothing bad, don't worry.
