Tongue Pimples

Red bumps on the back of my tongue?

Hi i have small red bumps on back of my tongue.I could see them with difficulty.I have never looked because it is not visible when we just look at the tongue,but some how i observed and scared I dont have any pain with these.Are these taste buds ? or some disease Thanks
