Tongue Pimples

i have this weird red bump on my tongue. is this a problem???

i am not sure what it is but it just appeared their. it is this weird red bump on my tongue. does anybody know what this is. i havent kissed anybody. plzz help?!?!?!?!?

4. I had the same problem. To be honest I don't know what it is but it happens to me whenever I drink something too sweet. If I drink too much lemonade or orange juice I get a bump on the side of my tongue. I'm not sure if this helps, but I hope it does.

6. i dont understand how some people cant be mature when people are asking for advice! grow up or dont answer questions. but anyway its probably nothing. just do warm salt water rinses 6 times a day. if it doesnt go away in a week go to your dentist.

8. Have you been eating more sugary foods than usual? More specifically, candy?? I know that I can't eat too much sugar or else it destroys the inside of my mouth (it literally will destroy it) and give me sore bumps on my tongue
