How do you get those painful little white bumps on your tongue to go away? Btw wat are they called?

- use a medicine called camophoneic im sure ive mispelled it but it sounds like i spelled it it works really good i use it all the time but i warn you it tastest horrible you can find that medicine over the counter at walmart or cvs or any store that sells any kind of medicine
