Tongue Pimples

What is this very very very small white bump on tip of my tongue

The bump is like half the size of the ball on a ball point pen; it looks like a very very very small white dot but when i move my tongue around i can tell its a bump. it just popped up out of no where it wasnt there this morning and i just noticed it like 10 minutes ago

1. does it hurt? if it does it is just a sore and will go away by itself in a few days.
2. it could just be a tempory bump you may have bitten your tounge in your sleep just see a doctor if it doesn't leave by 2 days
3. its sometimes happens if u eat something chilli, it burns your tounge...happens to me alot. does it hurt? if yes, then there are some meds that u can wash ur mouth wid and it takes care of it
4. It sounds like an irritated taste bud. It should go away on its own. When I was a young girl that happened & it bugged me so I tried to pick/tear it off and I didn't think it would ever stop bleeding...so don't mess with it. :)
5. Now don't start playing with it with your tongue, it gets frustrating. It can be that you bit yourself or friction in your mouth. Just like when we have shoes on and our toes rub on our shoes and you get a small irritation this can happen. Incorporate listerine mouthwash as it helps to kill the little germs that like to fester there. Rinsing with salt water is good too. It should go away in a few days. If you notice them recurring then you should go to doctors. This is nothing to worry about, unless you are concerned.
