Tongue Pimples
raised taste buds???
I have bumps on my tongue and my tongue hurts when eating food kind of burning. I recently got a retainer and wheni swallow i have to push my tonuge onto it and for a week it hurt.

- yes,of course they are taste buds..try not to scrap your tongue too hard with a tongue cleaner,try to use your toothbrush to clean your tongue.. the more you irritate them the more the increase
