Tongue Pimples
Whiteness on tongue, now red bumps?
About a week ago I noticed that my tongue was quite white. It would not come off, nor did it hurt (I heard that oral thrust can come off a little, and hurts). I must admit that when it comes to dental hygiene, I mainly just brush. But after I noticed the white stuff, I started to floss and use mouth rinse. A lot of it's gone, but now there are little red bumps way up towards the base of my tongue. What are the possible explanations for this? I need to be sure before I go to the doctor and fill out paperwork. Lawlz. And just because it might be important, I perform cunnilingus occasionally/kinda regularly, but I don't think she has a yeast infection and both of us had no prior sexual history before.

- White stuff, maybe thrush. Red bumps, probably just taste buds (as you didn't describe pain), and you're just noticing them more because you're worried in general.
- Most probably nothing. Most of people (including me) only brush. Maybe ketones... Rinse your brush with water and rub your tongue lightly with the brush, that ought to do it! I do it regularly before brushing my teeth, and amazingly my breath remains fresh throughout the day!
