Tongue Pimples

Weird small pimple like things on my tongue?

Hi i have some weird pimple like dots on my tongue Why do i have them? And how can i get them away?

1. If they are only red and slightly raised, sometimes can be tender but never draining,those are taste buds likely. Everyone has those, they are there to detect flavors or some textures of foods you eat, things you drink basically. This helps determine between sweet and sour, etc.
2. Hurt? Brush tongue?
3. it's probably just one of your taste buds on your tongue that is a little irritated and inflamed... it will go away by itself in a few days if this is what it is...try to stay away from too hot or too cold drinks, and do not eat anything spicy either.....
