Tongue Pimples

i have these strange cuts on the side of my tongue?

okay me and my boyfriend had oral sex a few days ago and one day i woke up and seen on my tongue that i have 3 cuts/ bumps on each side of my tongue .SO i brush my teeth real quick to see if it would go away.the cuts/ bumps went away a lil bit but it kinda still looks like there still there can someone help me ...... PLEASE by the way im 17 i really would love your help
