Tongue Pimples
what is the pimple on the end of my tongue?
For the past few days, I have a small, very sore pimple like thing right on the end of my tongue. At first I thought I had burnt it with food that was too hot but it doesn't feel like that now. I have fiddled with it and pulled bits off the end with a pair of tweezers but it comes back again. Any ideas??

- Um, don't pull it off! It's probably an inflamed taste bud or a cankersore. Just swish saltwater in your mouth twice a day and it should go away, but DON'T pick at it or fiddle with it anymore.
